- Outsiders who are wired up are like...respected outsiders. Like "You're not one of us but you are still clearly an individual of wealth and taste so you can sit at the big kids table."
- You could do it if you wanted. Your voice is yours to do with as you please.
- The government maintains a small, well equipped space fleet. They pick their battles carefully, and thus usually do well at the cost of ignoring lots of people who need help but have been deemed low priority (so, you know. Poor people.)
- All of the great houses (Which I have put pretty much NO thought into, as of yet I should do that) and SSC at least have them. There are probably a few other major players I haven't fleshed out yet who also have them.
