It was expected, really, that Vi would make a lot of noise. That she constrained herself to just a gasp was something. Caitlyn was impressed.

With the pair of them done, she slid her fingers out and gave them a slow, languid lick, tasting Vi's essence on them. And then she pushed her partner down onto her back, a silent command to rest. She did the same, chest heaving, borrowing a little bit of pillow.

"You always know how to get me revved up. Feeling a little less pent up? I know I am."

Vi stretched, then winced slightly. She hoped she hadn't popped any stitches in that last bit. "Hah...Oh yeah. I think I need a cigarette."

Caitlyn's gone for more than a few minutes, returning with a fistful of paperwork and an exasperated expression.

"You're the best, Cupcake. Gimme those crutches and we'll get out of here before the doc changes his mind."

She glanced at her gauntlets lying in the corner, but...ain't no way she was carrying those home right now. She'd have to send someone to pick them up later. There was all kinds of minutiae like involved in getting an injured person out of the hospital and back home, none of which are terribly interesting. It happened.

Yes, they get home, and step into Caitlyn's spotless and rather spartan place. There's not a lot to it, really. Just a four room place. Main room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen.

Caitlyn immediately heads over to the couch and starts rounding up extra pillows and tossing them into the bedroom.

"It's not much, but it'll have to do. I only have the one for myself. I'll have someone bring you clean clothes. For now though, shower. You can't do that alone."

Step, thud...step, thud...step, thud. Vi followed her in on crutches looking around. She'd been in here before, of course, but it was always vaguely impressive just how much cleaner it was than her own apartment. The difference left her distracted.
